Terms of Use

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all matters relating to use of the Service between users and the Site operator.

Article 2 (Registration and Eligibility)

1. The Service is available with or without registration.
2. Users must agree to these Terms before using the Service.

Article 3 (Permitted Use)

1. Music distributed on this Site (“Music”) may be downloaded and used free of charge.
2. The Music may be used in commercial or non-commercial videos, streams, games, and other creative works, including monetized content.
3. You may modify the Music, including pitch changes, trimming, and arrangements.
4. Credit is not required. If you choose to provide credit, you may use the copy-ready text on each track page.
5. You may not sell the Music by itself or redistribute content whose primary component is the Music.

Article 4 (Copyright)

1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Music remain with the Site operator or creator.
2. Permission under these Terms does not transfer copyright.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in the following conduct:

• Violating laws or public order and morals
• Infringing the rights of the Site or any third party
• Claiming modified or edited Music as your own work
• Redistributing modified Music, including arrangements or edits, by itself or as music material
• Redistributing or selling the Music as standalone content, or otherwise exceeding the permitted scope
• Placing excessive load on the Site’s servers or network
• Interfering with operation of the Site
• Any other conduct the Site considers inappropriate

Article 6 (Suspension of Service)

The Site may suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice when it determines that any of the following applies:

• System maintenance, inspection, or updates are required
• Force majeure, including earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters, makes service difficult
• The Site otherwise determines that providing the Service is difficult

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. The Site is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Music.
2. The Site makes no warranty regarding completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or similar qualities of the Music.
3. The Site is not liable for disputes between users and third parties arising from the Service.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

The Site may change these Terms without prior notice when necessary. Revised Terms take effect when posted on the Site.

Article 9 (Distribution Changes)

The Site may change the Music or stop distribution without prior notice.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
2. Any dispute relating to the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court governing the Site operator’s location.
